There are 3 forms that must be completed in order to enroll at Footsteps. We do not do registration online.
Please print the following forms, fill them out, and either mail them or bring them in to the studio to sign up for
classes. Remember to include the registration fee, any applicable coupons, and payment for your first month's
tuition; if you need help calculating your tuition, just give us a call or send an email with your request. We
accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover.
